4Shared is denying the file for download. Download server insists file either does not exist or in in violation of 4Shared Term of Service. Yet: the pdf can be viewed via 4Shared's own document viewer sub-program, and thus is proved to exists on 4Shared servers. I have emailed 4Shared about this issue, and have a copy of said email on file should you wish to view it.
This is one of several time 4Shared has done this with files you offer freely for download. I am NOT "complaining" to you, my friend, but rather, am letting you know what is happening at 4Shared, in case there may be more to the matter than is apparent to my view.
